Welcome to the Minerva Ensemble string trio, the unique musical trio of oboe, violin and cello. Our musicians play an inspired combination of instruments that create a distinctive sound adding a warm atmosphere to any special occasion. As a Cheshire based string trio, we cover the whole of the North West, including Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside and Chester. We also regularly perform at weddings throughout Yorkshire, Shropshire, North Wales and the Lake District.

We regularly play at birthday celebrations, anniversary parties and corporate events as well as being highly experienced wedding musicians. Minerva Ensemble can provide wedding music for your church or civil ceremony, drinks reception or wedding breakfast. We have the experience and flexibility to provide the perfect accompaniment to your day.

We play a variety of styles from opera arias to Broadway shows and classical favourites to popular songs. If you have one or several particular pieces in mind that is not part of our current repertoire we would be happy to arrange and play these for you.
